We plan, we develop, we build, we market, we supervise management and maintenance, but that is not all.  When the resources are there, we work with residents and neighborhood organizations to develop community programs and commercial establishments.  We have created educational programs, youth programs, teen recreation, safety, and health care amenities, and whatever it takes to make neighborhoods viable and to provide opportunities for upward mobility.  We also work as development and marketing consultants for both non-profit and for-profit owners.
