Settlement Housing Fund leads the league in tenant selection and affirmative marketing, having rented up over 12,000 units.  We rent and sell apartments in the buildings we develop.  Other developers also seek our services, generally those who are required to provide 20 percent of the units in their buildings for low income families in order to take advantage of various tax benefits.  Thousands of families apply for these units.
