Progress at Twin Parks Terrace

Construction of Twin Parks Terrace development, being built on a NYCHA site and former parking lot in the Fordham Heights neighborhood of the Bronx, continues to progress quickly. Co-developed with our partner Joy Construction, and designed by Danois Architect, the development is set to open in early 2023.

Twin Parks Terrace will create 182 new affordable apartments for low and moderate-income households. 46 units are also set aside for families transitioning from shelter into permanent housing. The building will include a playground and garden terraces for residents. The apartments will be posted on NYC Housing Connect once they are available for leasing.

All In For Housing: A Celebration of Partnerships

Our annual gala is back in person! Join us on October 6^th, 2022, for All In For Housing: A Celebration of Partnerships, to celebrate our partners in housing that allow us to make quality affordable housing a reality for all New Yorkers. The event will be hosted at SECOND, a new venue for us, at 849 Sixth Avenue.

Every year, our gala event raises the necessary funds to strengthen our work developing housing across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Bronx, for low- and moderate-income households, and for families previously experiencing homelessness.
