Our Asset Management team monitors the 49 properties with 2,915 apartments that we currently operate in the Bronx, Brooklyn and Manhattan. The new construction, rehabilitation and acquisition work we are currently engaged in will add another six properties to our portfolio beginning this year. Our newly expanded Asset Management department is responsible for safeguarding the long-term sustainability and health of our housing developments. The team works with property management companies to evaluate the performance of our portfolio and protect the quality of our housing, address opportunities for energy efficiency upgrades, and ensure that our buildings remain stable and sustainable for our residents.
