Our Community Program Partners provide affordable and accessible services and community programming to families in our housing, including fitness and wellness, to afterschool education and youth programs.
New Settlement
New Settlement, our affiliate organization housed within our largest affordable housing portfolio, operates a wide range of programs and services that enrich the lives of youth and families in the Southwest Bronx neighborhood of Mt. Eden and beyond. The organization also manages the New Settlement Community Campus, its public school partnerships and Community Center, a vibrant and affordable education, arts, wellness and fitness hub that we developed with the NYC School Construction Authority, and which now serves a membership of over 5,700 adults and children.
Two Bridges Neighborhood Council
Two Bridges Neighborhood Council, our partner organization in the Two Bridges neighborhood of Manhattan’s Lower East Side, offers multiple youth engagement programs, including its STEM After School and Summer Camp Program. Two Bridges also offers music lessons and classes for youth including private lessons and a young composer’s class, and free fitness classes open to Lower East Side residents ages 16 and over.

We partner with other organizations to provide our residents access to programs and services including employment support, case management, and educational support.
