Our housing promotes access to community programs, economic opportunity and neighborhood amenities that benefit residents and neighbors. Residents of our buildings include low- and moderate-income households and families transitioning from homelessness. The majority of our housing is located in neighborhoods where we have a strong presence, with concentrations of properties and programs and partnerships in place for residents to take advantage of opportunities for education, employment, fitness and wellness.
By the Numbers
We acquire and transform existing residential properties and construct new housing in lower income neighborhoods to create quality, energy efficient and safe properties, with residential and community access to programs and services, outdoor and recreational space, and commercial enterprises.
