Our housing promotes access to community programs, economic opportunity and neighborhood amenities that benefit residents and neighbors. Residents of our buildings include low- and moderate-income households and families transitioning from homelessness. The majority of our housing is located in neighborhoods where we have a strong presence, with concentrations of properties and programs and partnerships in place for residents to take advantage of opportunities for education, employment, fitness and wellness.
