Settlement Housing Fund is developing its first supportive housing project. The new development, located on Coney Island, will feature 178 new affordable housing units, with 1 unit for a superintendent. 108 (60%) of units will provide LGBTQ+ affirming supportive housing. The remaining apartments are designated for households earning between 30% and 60% of area median income.
The project team includes Jericho Project as the onsite supportive service provider and property manager and ESKW/Architects as the lead architect. The project will help address the pressing need for affordable housing in the area while also providing support to those leaving shelters.
How to Apply
Apartments will be listed on NYC Housing Connect when they are available.
