Johanna C. Kletter Joins Staff as Chief Financial Officer

We are delighted to welcome Johanna C. Kletter to the staff of Settlement Housing Fund as our new Chief Financial Officer. Johanna brings deep leadership experience across mission‑driven affordable housing organizations, most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Sisters of Charity Housing Development Corporation. Prior to that, she was Chief Executive Officer of Archdiocesan Housing for the Archdiocese of New York, where she helped lead the housing initiatives of Catholic Homes New York, a Catholic Charities affiliate. During her tenure, she worked closely with the Catholic Homes New York team, which owns and manages more than 2,700 units of affordable housing.

Johanna holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Manhattan College and an MBA from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business. Earlier in her career, she spent 17 years at University Neighborhood Housing Program (UNHP) in the Bronx, where she played a key role in development efforts and oversaw the refinancing and redevelopment of more than 1,300 affordable housing units. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Johanna is actively involved with local nonprofit boards.

We’re excited for the expertise, partnership, and heart Johanna brings to Settlement Housing Fund’s work and to advancing our mission.
