The project, awarded through HPD’s Neighborhood Construction Program, is located on Prospect Place in the Weeksville section of Brooklyn. Designed by Edelman Sultan Knox Wood / Architects, we are partnering with The Beechwood Organization on this new housing development located near our existing Crown Heights properties. Construction was completed in early 2025.
