A Night to Remember for our Welcome Home Gala
Settlement Housing Fund sends heartfelt thanks to all of our sponsors and contributors who generously supported our 2023 Welcome Home Gala. The funds raised will strengthen our work to create and preserve quality affordable housing for lower income households throughout New York City, including families previously experiencing homelessness.
We are happy to share photos and our video from the event, which celebrated new and rehabilitated housing for NYCHA residents and households leaving shelters, and featured our Resident Engagement Program Director, Anyeri Caro, and Assistant Director, Noel Gonzalez. We honored JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Tim Karp, The Housing Problem podcast co-hosts, Rafael Cestero and Kirk Goodrich, and our longtime board member and partner, Judy Kessler. We were so happy to include special recognition to one of our most impactful former board members, Fran Levenson, and our beloved former General Council, Lee Warshavsky. These special people were a big part of what made Settlement Housing Fund what it is today.
